Your Complete Self-Renewal Program is fully customized to support lasting healing and transformation at every level - physical, nutritional, mental, emotional, social, energetic, lifestyle, and spiritual.
The program includes an initial 90-minute intake session, followed by ten 60 to 75 minute wellness appointments. Your wellness appointments may include a combination of Yoga Therapy, Food as Medicine services, and Wellness Coaching.
Mid-week communication via text, phone and/or email between sessions will ensure steady progress from week to week. At time of intake, we’ll design your program and schedule your sessions - customized to your interests and needs.

In addition to Yoga Therapy, we will customize your sessions to include any of the following services:

- A Smart Grocery Shopping visit or Fresh Start Pantry/Refrigerator Makeover session to optimize your health through the foods you buy, prepare and eat
- Healthy Lifestyle Coaching to identity and shift the attitudes, decisions and habits that keep getting in the way of your true happiness and health
- Yoga Therapy tools that, over the course of three months, will evolve into a home practice that supports your complete self-renewal
- A home or office visit to help set up your yoga/exercise space, and trouble-shoot challenges that may detour you from progress at these locations
- Uplifting encouragement and innovative weekly coaching support every step of the way to guide you along your path
You will receive an attractive Healing Through Yoga binder to house all your yoga- and wellness-related articles and yoga practice scripts, and other surprise wellness gifts throughout your self-renewal journey.
